Yeah, right after i typed what runway that was, i figured it out, just couldnt see the houses and shit very well, but the hiway on the right side of your approach gave it away.

Haha, i dunno if ill be needing fuel when i come there....cessna 150....4.5 gallons an hour.... hahaha. It's slow....but its cheap to use.

What do they charge an hour for 172 rental and an instructor there?

:( makes me miss flying. i havn't flown since summer. 152 for the win! lol. Thank god I got all my training done when I was young, cause I'm too heavy to do dual in a 152 now with more than 1/2 tanks. You feel so much more apart of the plane flying a 152 vs a 172. But then i hate seeing cars pass by from underneath when your in a climb lol.

Looked very nicley done. I could see that dip your talking about! Springbank has that same effect. But you recovered nicely, smooth movments, and compensated very well on the crosswind. you should post some vids with your instructor when you do a spin recovery! I wish i still had my video!

very nice :P all ive ever flown were gliders and a single prop bi plane and my landings were rough with the glider. although ive only totaled 1 hour of flight time tops. actually more like half an hour :P including a single prop bi plane. which i did some slight ascending and descending. makes me wanna actually get lessons again lol.

What kind of 172 is that?

My wife's dad just bought a 172RG Cutlass a couple of weeks ago.

Roughly how long does it take before you're in a position where you can fly solo?
