PS3 network...problems today?

For some reason I can't get our PS3 to hook up. Keeps giving DNS server errors. Checked their official forum and it seems quite a few are having the same problems.

Anyone else?

Also can't seem to get my streaming media to work at all. I've tried TVersity, Windows Media player, and neither can be "seen" by the PS3.

Few more days of this and I'll be putting up a "FS:almost new PS3" thread.

I suspect that has something to do with it. all day I've been having it connect/disconnect/poor connect etc. But I have no idea what to do or try to fix, if that IS the problem.

So I shut everything off, so it can "reboot" itself. Both my laptops hook up fine. I haven't changed anything from last night, and the PS3 was hooked up no problems. Did a bunch of d/l'ing etc. (I never did get the streaming media server to work..)

But today...nothing but problems.
