That dood is nuts, seen many vids of him already... I think his name is Daniel Ilablanca? I know my spelling is wrong but there are tonnes of vids of that guy online.

EDIT:

His name is Daniel Ilabaca.

is this something people teach? or you just build up your body and just jump around?

Id probably say most of the stuff in the first half of the video is just doing it with confidence, but some of the stuff later on (and even some of the tumbling int he first half) , yeah that takes practice lol

Parkour is different from free running
Parkour is not doing tricks but getting from Point A-B as fast and using the least amount of energy as possible. It was used in India and stuff by thieves...like in Prince of Persia.

Free running on the other hand is more tricks and stuff and looking cool.

Look up "David Belle" pretty much the Guru or master of Parkour.
Or watch his movie District B12 AMAZING movie.

Boy, if this catches on as the next fad, I can see a great business in casts.

This has been around for ages.. It's amazingly fun, but as an amateur, you get lots of scrapes and bruises, and are easily dissuaded. It's hard to find the time to keep up the practice, and you have to be in pretty good shape.
