Anyone Ever buy Cigs online?

Recently I have started smoking those Djarum Blacks and noticed that you can buy them alot cheaper online then any where else.

But what I was wondering is if you have to pay duty and tax on them when they are entered into canada?

Has anyone bought cigarettes online before?

Not sure about the duties and taxes, but there is a "health tax" 15$ per carton
