you can just walk in to any plate store .. and ask to to make whatever number, and whatever font you want ...

I bought a lots of them back .. in diff combination as well .. you dont even hv to have a car or driver license to buy those .. ;)

from what I know from chinese TV and Movies wouldn't the yellow or rear one be more squared like North American plates

It depends on what car you have, so you get to pick when you get the plate made to make sure it will fit your particular vehicle. I got mine made under 15 minutes last time I went to HK. The longer ones seem to be tougher to fit on a lot of cars here...
