Hey guys,

I'm looking to rent out an underground parking spot in a secure building. It's in the downtown core on 8th Street and 3rd Ave SW (see attached file). Great for people who work in the area, as the cheapest outdoor parking lots in the area is currently charging $365/month and usually fills up before 8AM.

- $300/month
- Underground stall, cool in summer and warm in winter!
- Great location:
.... under 5 minute walk to Kensington
.... under 5 minute walk to Eau Claire Mall
.... Secure, Proxy card required to get in.

Let me know if you're interested. Thanks!

SEPTEMBER 16th UPDATE:

Spot may be available again as of November 1st, 2008... just in time for the heavy snowfall season!

$300/month.

There is a public parking lot across the street that charges $17/day ($368/month) for an outdoor stall... $300/month works out to $13.85 per business day for a secure underground spot.

Let me know if you're interested.

Condo buildings downtown offer parking to non residents at $120 per month. At least mine does, so $350 is a little steep.

My inbox is filling up so I'll just explain my last post here. I will no longer be answering private messages about this.

"Everywhere, ask any of the condo managers. Vertica Resident Services is the place that owns my building, ask them if they have spots available."

If they don't have anything, then try another management company, Gateway is another huge one for downtown.......though they're a bunch of assholes for raising my rent from $750 - $2500 2 years ago......:whipped:

Where is your building located? For the rate you're saying it seems closer to 17th Ave than it would the core...

Edit:
Also, I called Vertica Resident Services and asked about renting a spot in one of the apartment buildings they manage as a non-tenant. The guy told me flat out that they don't rent parking spots to people who don't live in the building.

I called Gateway as well, they said that they might be able to arrange something in one of the buildings (pending availability) but that they have no units in the downtown core, all their units downtown are by 17th Ave.

Perhaps you could've done some more research before shitting on my thread? :dunno:
