For Rent: Parking Spot in Calgary Tower

I'm not currently using my parking spot so is anyone interested in renting it? It is in the parkade attached to the calgary tower and is non assigned parking.

I don't want to give the spot up so I'm looking just to rent it out. I pay $295/month for it so I'm looking just to break even and even willing to take a small loss.

So $295/month OBO.

you can enter from either 9th ave or 10th ave. the 9th ave entrance is betweent the palliser hotel and the palliser square building. or you can enter on 10th ave right behind the tower.

parking starts at level 3 and most days when i do drive i can find a spot on 4 or 5...but like most parkades dont bank on getting a good spot if you arent there at a decent time...ie 730ish.
