You not only have to hold down the 3 buttons on level 15, but the 2 other buttons in the other levels as well!

jeez, i can do it again and screenshot, maybe i read the wrong thing...i just saw a 17 in the corner, i was too busy clicking lol...didnt mean to 1 up or anything...maybe i was wrong.
