Yesturday spotted my first 7 series in the flesh, and I must say I was impressed. It was a beautiful car, the use of gentle curves over most of the car was very classy, it's general roof line was like that of an Audi A8. I've read a few articles on this car and it's iDrive system and how every article picked out it's back end as a major styling mistake. Seeing it in pictures i would have agreed, but now that i've seen it in person I find that it suits the car to a certian point. It's not the best tail treatment but it isn't as bad as the writers make it seem. From what I saw i would only change one thing. The chrome accents that trace along the top of the roofline. It makes it look a little overdone. Overall tho beautiful car, and if I was filthy rich and about 50 years old that would be the car for me.
