futureshop has a circle of exellence program where all their sales staff is evaluated based on performance. the elite preformers throughout the company (average top 10% in sale performance throughout the year) are sent on a trip with a bunch of star appearences and thousands of give-a-ways. anyway its all paid for and ya pretty fun. lol.
