Guys, they're not threaded for an specific vehicle. But I am wondering how they attach.

these are universal it attaches by 3 screws which you tighten with an allen key

I've seen some that attach with the screws and if the screws aren't Superman tight, the knob just spins around. Since this is Momo, does it actually secure to stop from spinning when shifting hard or does it get loose after a day?
