were does it say it need engine work?
It comes with an extra engine and needs the timing belt replaced on current.
For a rust free EF9 thats pretty cheap with all the extras.

humm.. someone can't read, as the guy posted below ur comment, the current motor needs timing, the new motor D15B is a v-tec engine perfectly fine, purchased from speedtech 3 weeks ago. i'm even giving the buyer a timing belt for the D16A6
