On the occasion when I do end up in Earls, I have to order their Dynamite Shrimp rolls because I love their Soya Sauce. Does anyone know how this made or is it a pre-purchased soy

It's not soy sauce. It's called 'amerasian sauce'.

Most Earls will sell you any sauce usually for $5-$10 for a container. Westhills always sells sauce on request.

lets hope that is does not come from china
China has ordered a crackdown on domestic ingredient makers after it was discovered one plant had been illegally producing a base for soy sauce made out of human hair.
