The leviton occupancy sensors are kind of touchy, if you are sitting in a room watching TV and don't move much they like to turn off on you. That said all the electrical wholesalers in town will have them, but I don't know which ones will sell to you without an account.

Basically any of the wholesalers will sell to you without an account. You'll just end up paying more for it. I would recommend using Lutron controls over Leviton. Leviton is good, but Lutron is one of the best. Electrical Wholesalers (1224 34 ave NE) probably have the best selection in Calgary...at least they used to when I worked there. If you want Leviton and Electrical Wholesalers doesn't have them, they can order them in or try Eecol Electric and they will most likely stock the Leviton switches.

I have the Leviton PR150's in my house, they work great. I put 'em in the kitchen, garage and stairwell to my basement.

I believe I bought them off of eBay for a good price. Get the PR180 if you need a 3-way switch or wider coverage angle.
