Just throwing this out there for XT and XTi owners. The Future Shop in Shawnessy had one accessory kit (grip, extra battery, bag) for the above cameras on the clearance table for $239.00. The box appeared to have been opened though.

It's supposedly $284 and the same kit was advertised as being worth $315 during Best Buy's boxing day/week sale.

I have a the battery grip (BG-E3) for sale if anyone is interested in just the grip. It has not been used at all.

I dunno. You could buy a grip, battery, and choose your own bag for the same price or less. Doesn't say screaming deal to me. Those stupid open box deals at futureshop are usually only discounted like $10, and many of those things are missing pieces, manuals, and have thrashed boxes.

Yeah, you're probably right. I hadn't price it out before. At the time I didn't have a clue on how much it's really worth. Just trying to do a good deed......:D

I personally find grips are the most overrated pieces of gear on earth. Put the cash towards a 430EX, which imo, is much much much more useful.
