No this is not a joke I am looking for a mangled/bad condition NSX for a project car(I have alot of spare time). I dont care if it runs or has a mashed body so long as the chassis is strait. I will look at anything, it does not even have to have an engine in it. So if anyone has a messed up nsx sitting in their yard taking up space send me a PM so we can talk. I will also pay any shipping/towing charges if it is not in running condition.

Thanks for your time.

i still think this thread is a joke, but if not, i hope you know that nsx's have aluminum panels that cost a fortune to buy. when i worked at a1 autobody, i was told a quarter panel was $6000

Yes i am aware that it will be very expencive to work on but that is fine I do not plan to have in done within a year or two this will take a long time to do and I can live with only fixing 10-20% per year like I say whenever I finish is fine. Obviosly I have been looking at just buying one at a show room but..... I dont know for some reason I want to feel like it is mine and unique. I know this seems like a joke but I am serious of course a body in decent shape would make me happy. but the running cond. of the car can be non-existant a seat could be missing and i would not care hell if the whole interior was missing meh.

but thanks for at least not bashing this and giving me something constructive to work with which is more than i have gotten from other places.

I'm sure he can find a running one that is road worthy for cheap. Just in much worse condition than usual.

No you don't. You only need to get the federal done which really is just DRL. You can take your sweet ass time on OOP and registration.

If you are planning to Repair an NSX you should really do your Homework about the car. The NSX is a great car for really one reason Only, it's handling. The NSX is Built Perfect its a a Full Aluminum Car. Every part of the car is weighted perfectly similar to a Porsche 911. If the car is busted up there goes that perfect weight ratio meaning there goes your awesome handling car.

Repair this car and you have nothing more then a big Type R
