78SI lies....the car is NOT MINT!!!

I clearly asked the seller on the phone "what problems are there" ... he told me "stone chips on the front bumper, other then that the car is mint"

HE LIES. I drove from edmonton to calgary with hopes of buying the car, only to find the car is missing a massive portion of the front bumper (the front grill), bird shit inside of the vechile, white paint on the carpet in the trunk.

Where I come from, if your car is missing a grill and has white paint on the carpet, it is not mint.

After driving 7 hours, spending 45 bucks on gas, using 600 kms worth of mileage on my car I was sadly let down. Owner did not even bother to appologize for lieing or wasteing my time. VERY annoying.

Just thought I would vent here to allow other members know that this car is NOT as the orignal post says, mint.

Wow!

I didnt know you felt like this, I wish you would had the balls to tell me in person. I just pulled the car out of storage, sorry about the mini spot of bird poo. Yes the grill is cut out, It didnt cross my mind to mention it (sorry) White paint on the carpet! Man you need thicker glasses! I cant believe you think that is paint. Why didnt you ask me if was paint! We were at a car wash, I would have vaccuumed it out for you!

btw: dont shake peoples hands if your upset with them. I wish you would have spoke up.

I also forgot to point out the driver side front rim has curb scrapes. The driver seat shows alot of wear. how is this an example of a mint car?

This car is NOT mint. You lied to me...simple as that. I dont have a clue what kind of person you are... so I am not going to "have enough balls" to lip you off for lieing to me. You could be a loose cannon for all I know... I dont need to get beat up. I am not trying to start fights... i am simply warning other members that your statements are not true. You still have not changed your orginal post to remove the word "mint".

I think your confused on what MINT means. I cant believe I am actully discussing this with someone.

The paint on your car, other then the rock chips in the front, is mint. ( you told me about the rock chips... which I appreciate, thank you)

Your roof is mint, infact your roof looks brand new, your roof is the best roof I have seen yet for a stock MY00 roof.

The interior is mint, except for the drivers seat, it has ALOT of wear from getting in and out.

your rims are mint except for the front drivers side rim that has some curb rash

The cars exterior is mint, except for the portion of bumper that "someone hacked out".

Add all that up, and you do not have a mint car. So dont go around telling people it is mint....when it is clearly not. Or at least warn them of these issues BEFORE they drive 7 hours round trip to see it. Perhaps, warn them in the initial posting, so that the people looking for a mint S2000, wont waste ANY of their time even emailing you. It is common courtesy.

I am done discussing this. I have already invested 7 hours of travelling and 0.5hours on bickering. My only goal is to warn people not to waste their time like I have.

You still have not changed your orignal post.
