Importing Vehicles

Anyone have experience importing a vehicle from the States?
Border taxes?
application fees?
shipping fees?

Im looking to at buying a car from Texas, I could save alot of money but, Im not certain about border requirements?

Importing has been outlawed. The only way to do it is to fly the car over in a cargo plane, across the northern border.
