Block Heater

Hi Everyone,

I just finished importing a '95 3000GT SL from the southern US and was wondering what people think of a block heater? I cannot find where to get one or where to get one installed (or if I can do it myself). I was wondering who here has had one installed from someplace in Calgary and if they have ever used it. I plan on keeping this car for awhile and would like to keep it in good condition. Any help/comments/direction would be greatly appreciated.
