Spotted: Audi R8

Was in Edmonton last weekend and spotted one of my newest dream cars. I took pics with my cell (if someone can please tell me how to get them on the comp I will post them, its through telus) and then the next day I saw him driving it. It was covered in dirt and snow, which I think is awesome, but what do I know. There is also a guy driving around the University in a 997 Turbo, using the AWD just like what its made for!!

I have seen that guy driving around a few times recently. It is nice to see a car like that in the winter as there usually isn't much to look at. :thumbsup:

I saw one October and it is an ok looking car. Alot smaller in person then I thought it would be. I'd buy one, just for that V8.

Exactly! The day after I took these pics walked right past it at a light and didn't even notice it was there because it was so silent. Then he took off from the light, and still nothing! Might be different story at WOT...

It makes noise eventually when you really get on it, but nothing like what it should to match it's looks. In a Ferrari it's hard to have a conversation on your cell (via bluetooth, of course!)... in the R8, it's easy...
