installing Cruise Control

Planning on buying a 91 4runner with no cruise control. I might be going up to edmonton for school so it would be a nice feature to have on my weekend commute or whenever i can make it back to Calgary. Does anyone have experience installing an aftermarket kit or know of any shops in Calgary? I was also wondering if it has to be an aftermarket kit? Couldn't i just head to a 'pick n pull' and pull the things i need from another 4runner?

Not fun at all to install aftermarket cruise units. It's also not fun to wrangle a used one in. Either buy a car with cruise or use a brick.

Seriously, though, for a shop to do it you'd be looking at a full day's labour (at LEAST) plus the unit price.
