they are attached, you can see 2 exhaust pipes behind the plastic. Those plastic exterior tips are aesthetic. Personally Im not a huge fan of that exhaust.

Good looking tailpipes and good looking car.

The tail-lights on the IS300 looked great ON THE IS300. It's the cheap-rip offs and imitators that killed it.

Similarly these exhaust pipes look fine on this car, but will be ruined by imitators.

I think this is the first good looking Lexus. Minus the four exhaust pipes. Can you pull that plastic cover off the engine? I want to see the engine, dont put a plastic cover on top of it. Over all, :thumbsup: Lexus. Is it faster then an M3?
