My dad had a beautiful Sky Blue Metallic 450SEL which he bought in the early eighties. Ever since Mercedes has definitely held a very soft spot for me. I hate to sound like an 80 year old man, but damn do they not make them like that any more. What an absolutely solidly made car, and beautiful (in the eye of the beholder of course!).

I hope to own a 6.9 one day, maybe something like this, with Euro Headlamps (flat ones), and Euro Bumpers of course! The one I had had Automatic Climate Control unlike this one.

Afterwords, we bought an Acura Legend Sedan. I loved that car, I never thought that I would own one, especially the coupe.

I grew up with mainly Toyota's. When I was a kid, I kept calling my mom's Camry a "Toyota Camera" :nut:

I'm still all about the Toyota... I've just added a few other's to the list along the way :D

First car I ever remember catching my eye was my dad's old Torino. Now I'm a BMW douchebag all the way :)

Chevrolet. I grew up with Silverado's and Cadillacs. My Dad always had trucks, and my older brother always had trucks. Yet, though I love trucks, I'd rather be in some kind of sports car. :P

both my cars are BMW, but I think there isn't really a brand i really like. there are cars in each brand that are worth looking at. Lexus, Mercedes, Bmw, Infiniti, Nissan, Honda, Acura, Toyota. etc. etc. etc. its hard to say but I would die for a Audi RS4

My parents mainly drove domestics when I was little, but I never really cared what my parents drove and I never got attached to their cars. The first car that I ever truely dreamt of owning was the Lamborghini Countach, thats the car that got me started and the Ferrari 355 is what got me hooked on cars. I am not a Honda, Nissan, Toyota, BMW, Mercedes, Audi ect fan boy, they all make good and not soo good cars.

Ford, the car growing up in was a ford tempo, then my old man bought a '76 F100 with a 351 windsor and 4 on the floor. That truck kicked ass, it was rare too, regular cab short box. But we sold it cheap to help out a relative going through tough times without a vehicle. They put fucking white trailer rims on it and let it rust to shit, then 3 years late I had money and wanted to buy my childhood truck and they tried to sell it to me for twice the price, but a friend of theirs swooped in and bought it. It's in Calgary somewhere, probably in forest lawn sitting in a back alley. I swear I'll track it down one day and restore it back to what I remember it as.

Besides that truck, ford blows :D

I was given a 1988 Honda Accord LX when I was 16 and that car never failed me so I've been a Honda fanboy ever since.

I also currently have 2006 Accord and now my 2008 Fit is a month old.

Can't forget about my red EF either, had lot's of fun with it for about 3 and a half years. None of my Hondas have ever left me stranded.

I also absolutely love the Porshe 959 turbo :)

oh and toyota, my parents bought a seafoam green 85' tercel 4wd brand new when i was 1 year old and drove it everywhere, slow as hell but tons of memories, got rid of it in 2000 and it still chugged along as i always remember it

My parents have owned GM's since the 70's, never ever a break down, so I'm basically a GM fan now, as I have 4 in my collection to date.
