those things suck , i would rather have a ford f-150 lightning. They make over 450 horse and there slammed with big ass wheels with a nice kit. Ford took there time engineering it not like chevy who threw some more horsepower at a stock short bed silverado, they didnt even lower it.

It has very, VERY little in common with a regular Silverado (it isn't even built on the same frame). It's just a much more refined machine than the last incarnation.

The Lightning runs 380hp. The SS is an extended cab AWD truck with all the options. The Lightning is short box single cab RWD truck. I'm sure if Chevy wanted to compete they would've produced a faster truck then that, christ they only run low 15's with a blower. Lightnings are mid 14's stock here in Calgary.

Go drive a HEMI Ram 1500, so much beter the the SS and way less $$$ cant wai tto get mine.

HEMI's are good trucks. Not as fast or as luxurious as the SS, but still nice trucks.
