Hey Everyone!

I am starting to put the word out that I am looking for a hard working, dedicated person who wants to work in the specialised area of custom wheel and tire fitment. I will be looking to fill this position by the end of February so if you are currently working or you are not available right away, don't worry.

As you may or may not know, I have been doing this for over 20 years now and just opened my own shop last summer, and I am already in need of a person who is eager, wants to learn the correct way of doing things, and quite simply, likes to work on cars.

This is not a job for the lazy. While your primary duties will be working side by side with me doing the installation of wheels and tires, you will also be responsible for shipping and recieving, maintaining a clean work enviroment, learning the technical apects of custom fitments, deliveries, sales etc. This is an all around position and I want someone who wants to learn it all. My company is growing and you will be the first person in the door so there will be room for you to grow also.

While I really would prefer someone with experience, I am willing to train the right individual, but please DO NOT apply if you are only looking for part time, or killing time before you go back to school. I need someone who is planning to work long term and who wants to become my right hand. There is a lot to learn with this job and I do not have the time or energy to train lookie loo's who won't be around in 3 months. This will not be "just another tire buster" position.

If this sounds like something you would be interested in, you will be learning from me, and I like to think I have a lot of valuble knowledge to offer as well as a great reputation. I have only the very best equipment money can buy and I am on always on top of the lastest technology.

As for money, don't bother asking on this board because I won't answer. If you have experience you know what sort of pay range to expect and we can work it out between ourselves if you are interested. If you don't have experience, I will need to sit down and talk with you before I will even consider money. I can tell you that as you gain experience and prove yourself reliable and worthy, this career path can be lucrative for certain.

All resumes and contacts will be kept in the strictest of confidence and I will not contact any references or current employers without prior authorization from you!!!

Sorry about the book length post but I want to be as clear as possible...

Please contact me via PM or e-mail to [email protected], or come by the shop at 3823 12th street NE.
