Does Anyone Workout At The Fitness NW, Athletic Club, In Silver Springs?

I went there for about 2 years when I lived in the area. Good gym, and wasn't too busy at the time.

I used to work out there, decent gym, nice people.
Stopped going cause it was always too busy at the times I went.

Ya its a good gym i love it! I been working out there for a couple years now

The gym is descent, not great but you get what you pay for. I have a 5 day membership (Wed-Sun) for like $25 I think. Really hard to beat that.

It can get full during after work period (5-7) but I dont use it during these hours so it works out well.

I workout @ WOW! Workout world in the NE. It's a great gym. If you need free trails pm me and it will be done.

Gyms with pools are the best i have to say because swimming is amazing cardo!

I personally just signed up to this particular gym about a week ago.

All of the staff I have talked to or whatnot have all seemed real helpful and nice. I have been going during the evenings and I have never had to wait for any equipment or anything like that.

The only thing that may be a downside is the limited parking. I always seem to find a parking spot, but the lot is always close to full as well..
