I recently recieved my Certificate of Judgement from the Provincial Court of Alberta. Can anyone give me some advice on how to collect the money I was awarded? Advice such as exact steps that I should take...I was told I needed to file my Judgement at the court of Queen's Bench. What exactly do i do and how...? I hope someone on beyond has some experience with this...THANKS. Bty...a collection agency would charge about 35%...
