Any Juice receipe

My family drinks way to many sodas, and I am trying to stop them from doing that. My mother is a diabetic and I can't give her orange juice unless her sugar is low. I am looking to make some really good juice drinks. Can anyone help me?

I hope you realize even if you juice your own juice with fruit, all you're getting is the juice. The juice from fruit is where most of the sugar is, therefore you're not cutting down on sugar content.

Sure it's NATURAL sugar, but it'll still have the adverse effects of any other kind of sugar when not drank in moderation.
