Just curious if there's any options for speedomters when dealing cars imported from the US. Does everyone just deal with the small km/h readings or is there anyway to change the mph to km/h on th larger scale readngs.

I think it has to be done through an authorized dealer and will cost you several hundred dollars. Or you could just glue larger digits over miles/hour.

You can usually pick up one yourself, and do it yourself on an older car...Most people refer to newer ones... Your best bet would be to pick up a JDM cluster or some such thing, and then just swap it yourself... depending on the actual car, it doesn't take much in the older ones.

Something tells me you drive a mid 80's caprice classic with the entire canadian tire adhesive performance parts catalogue installed on it.

a while ago i wanted to swap my cluster from my 180 because it stops at 180km/h and get one that goes higher and it didnt seem that expensive?

what all do you have to do to swap it properly?

If you get a jdm cluster for a mr2 make sure its from a 90-92 or else you'll have to do other mods to make it work.
