K, quick question,
just drove to a friends house and my car wasnt plugged in cuz, well i dont have a block heater.

I let it run for a while before driving off, but i noticed that once i hit 50 kmh the spedometer goes up to 80 and its making a really weird noise. if i slow down a bit it goes back to normal. It seems to be only doing this when its cold.

is this something i should be worried about or should i just let the car warm up a bit longer. nothing else seems to be wrong while driving.

thanks in advance

I would keep driving it and see what happens. If it persists it is most likely either your cluster or your speed sensor on the transmission.

I would say the same usually when that happens it's because of of the ends isn't plugged in all the way and skips once in a while.

^^^unless its a sensor type...the single cam s13 clusters LOVE to screw up in just the same way. I THINK the precidia cluster is digital type, not cable.....
