E46 audio question

I need to know whether the 6 disc changer from an E36 uses the same cable as the E46, or simply whether the changer will work in an E46.

If its a 96+ changer, it'll fit on all models of the E46.

^ No :( Haven't had sound in the car for 4 months now! When I'm not at the office, I'm at the shop doing car starters so I just haven't had the time.

Once March hits, starter season dies down. We'll get the fibreglassing done then and get everything back in the car. :)

Alright, one more regarding the E46. I know later models of E36 had the CD changer cable pre-installed, you just have to hunt for it. Do the E46's have this cable pre-installed too?

Are there any good starters that'll work with Bimmers? cause I don't want some dumb fuck pumk at like Futureshop installing my car starter and screwing up my electrical system.

Can't put them in the E92's yet, so if you have a new one we can't help you. Everything else, without pushbutton start, we can get a Compustar in.

I don't know the shops in Cowtown too well, so I can't make a recommendation. But if you're ever up North here, we'll help you out.

If you're looking for other brands, Astrostart or Viper will work too. Clarion makes one too under UNGO Security that's not bad either.
