and all parts has been replaced and installed , the car is also still under manufactur'ers warranty.

Is it stolen? This is a serious question, it could be a stolen car rebaged with new VIN, reason I ask this is because why are you selling? anyways, He just recently bought a M3 ( which will be at the sound off competition at a&b sound shawnessy on sunday )
