I would highly recommend Ray Blanchette of Sutton Group Canwest. He gave us a guranteed price that if our condo didn't sell within a certain time frame he would pay us X amount of dollars. This was reassuring and of course, after we signed the deal and a month or so had elapsed, the market shot up so we made out like bandits. With the market like it is right now, that might be the kind of reassurance you are looking for. Regardless, he is a very down to earth guy and one of the top realtors out there.

If you aren't looking at selling, but looking at buying he is probably good too, but I can't vouch for that.
