iPod Touch issues

I was at FS today looking at the iPod Touch, and noticed there were quite a few returned items. I asked the sales if there is an on going issues with the iPod Touch, the answer he gave me wasn't really an answer and had nothing related to my question.

Anyhow, my question is, if there are any issues with iPod Touch that I should know about?

nothing major that should make you think twice about buying one if thats what you're into. I certainly havent heard about any problems with them lately, although there were a few issues at launch (that have since been rectified)

Only reason you might see a few extra open box ipods is people returning recently purchased ones to exchange for the new and improved versions with the new apps.

The ipod touch is pretty much un-brickable..

yeah or if you have the "older" touch, you can get like the "new" updates from itunes for like $15-$20 too I noticed
