Hi all....so my bf decided to drop the "I need to be alone" bomb last night....So I am looking for someone to share my home in West Hillhurst. Its about 4 minutes drive from U of C and about 10 to SAIT, its also about 8 minutes drive from the Ctrain station and Northill Mall.....(Essentally Parkdale blvd and Crowchild)
We are located on an odd intersection of 1st and 3rd ave NW.....(so there are technically no houses accross from us) Large backyard with huge deck and once my car is sold there is a car port in the back that we can negotiate on....
House is 2 bedroom one bath upper and storage and washer/dryer downstairs. There is one tenant downstairs with a private suite and private entrance....
NEWLY RENOVATED. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. All new black appliances...hardwood through out. The house upper is about 900 sq ft...
I am looking for someone similar to me...I work alot and spend most of my time alone. I am a U of C student and work 3 jobs. I dont care about gender of the renter....just that common tidyness is followed in the main rooms of the house....
I am ok with having people over pretty much whenever I am not sleeping. Right now the house is fully furnished....I am looking to rent out the spare bedroom, if a couple is interested in renting then I would be able to negotiate so they could have the large room (if they are willing to pay more)
The spare room has sliding doors out to the deck, no closet however, and french doors with mirrors.
I have a computer if needed, and price INCLUDES PHONE, INTERNET, CABLE, BASIC HOUSEHOLD NEEDS (dishsoap, any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent if wanted,) AND ALL UTILITIES.
I also have 2 cats, so small pets are allowed.
Asking 850$/month neg.
plus initial one months rent damage deposit...
What I can also do is damage deposit is paid to me...so you will be sub letting from MYSELF not my landlord. If there are no damages done, after you give your notice to move out...I will hand you back cash. NO WAITING.
I will post pictures today, as I have no camera right now.
