I am supposed to meet up with someone for sushi later tonight, she descrbied it to me as "mirajus" on centre street by the starbucks after the bridge.

Do you guys know what the proper spelling is for this place? I want to have an address because I am not to familiar with this area!

Any help would be appreciated.

Well I posted this anyways, any ideas on something good to get there? I am very conservative sushi eater.

I usually get their plain udon and some mis sushi. Salmon is worth it. Spicy tuna, and some Unagi

I only go there for their salmon sashimi. Can't beat $1.15/piece.

I was surprised at the price!
3.50 and all there is extra is shredded cucumbers and mayo...

Good everything else

mayo FTW

EDIT: if you wanted to go cheap, i suppose you could just bring a packet of mayo with you, but who does that?

mmm.....this place is my fav sushi joint.

A few reasons why:

-salmon sashimi, the quality is unbeatable which makes the price ridiculously reasonable
-oil fish sashimi.....texture like salmon, taste like tuna, never seen it anywhere else in calgary
-salmon skin sushi, sooo good
-uni sushi.....sooo fresh, which is the only acceptable way to eat it cuz when it's not, it's puke inducing. Once they even told me it wasn't that fresh that nite upon ordering and asked if I still wanted it

overall, the price is great because the quality of the fish is seriously fresh and in generous portions. If you favor sashimi over sushi, definately check this place out. If you pretty much just eat california rolls, you likely won't fully appreciate the quality of this place.

I laughed pretty hard just imagining some guy pull out some mayo packets out of his pocket all stealth-like:rofl:
