So I took this core class at Golds North Gate yestarday and it was a killer. You do workouts on an exercise ball. I didnt feel it right away but today my core is killing me.
I highly recommend this class for anyone who plays sports like Hockey, Basketball, Soccer etc works on balance and core strength.
If your a member check it out, and the trainer isnt too bad looking either.
