I'm just wondering if anyone knows where I can get my hands on a purchase aggreement for a used house not sold through mls? I've written many of houses through builders on alberta new home warranty contracts, but never on one that I owned. Where can I find a legal document? There are some on line but they cost money, are these the only places?

Unless you actually are on the title as the ower or have your license,.. then you cannot sell property,.. highly illegal

I suggest getting a realtor to help, apparently there are a few more things involved with residential sales than new home sales

I have some "sample contracts", written for realtors,...

only because i am taking courses in real estate right now

FYI: MLS is just a listing service,.. not a selling service

I'm on title.

I also found a free contract that is legal.

And yes, Multiple listing service. They are however found and purchased because of mls.

Thats another one that would work, although not what I used.
