whats the condition of the evo and is that a boost controller or turbo timer ? what else does the car have and does best offer apply to this auction or is there not chance of it.

the price is litle flexible.
it has a new motor 155 PSI compression all 4cyl, Cold air intake
and thats a Turbo Timer.
