After a lot of research I decided to go with this board for my HTPC/Gaming rig, I didn't realize that the pci-e x16 slot was only at x4, therefore I can't run my video card at full speed. Instead I picked up a POS Asus matx board which cost more and has less features yay!
This board is as loaded as they come, HDMI, optical, DVI, 7.1 surround (the new realtek chipset) HDCP compliant, full BIOS overclocking control, and supports the new 45nm wolfdale chips. I've also updated the BIOS to the newest version F4a so it works flawlessly.
$80 firm, I also have a brand new Aspire 420w PSU which I could sell for $40
