hey im lookin to buy a set of 18" rims for my s13, not to sure the measurments on the tires or w.e. must be chrome,metaly silver or w.e., gold or white, no crazy colors like yellow or red or anything

You need 4x114.3 as your bolt size.
Unless you did a 5bolt hub upgrade, then it's 5x114.3
