we are moving into a bigger place so we are looking to rent this one:

1100 sq ft house with a fully furnished basement(no kitchen).
3 bedrooms on main level plus another master bedroom in the basement.
fridge and the oven are only two years old, dishwasher and central vaccum.
2 full bathrooms, fenced backyard. The basement was very well developed by the original owner. its got 5 large windows and ground heating so its never too cold or dark in here. the house is only 2 houses away from crossing park elementary and junior high. bus stop is another house away. LRT station is only a 15 min walk from here. plus two more LRTs coming near by in the future.
looking to get around $1550/month for the whole house. the rate is negotiable.
