I'm looking for a local company to rebuild my steering rack, is there such a place here?

Thanks

yeah me too! my RHD rack is leaking like a sive and i don't have the time to pull it apart myself. would rather pay a shop that does this often and knows how to do it right.

I also need one, purchased a 98 grand prix, and turns out they had a recall on the racks, but this previous owner never got it done. If someone knows a shop that will do it for a decent price please post (had one quote done at 1100, but the car isnt worth putting that much into)

For my rack, there are rebuild kits available for around $90. Just all the seals, and you clean everything off swap the new ones in and you're done. That's if the problem is just a leak.

I just ended up getting a new one because mine had a bad rotary valve.

So check into a seal kit, might have to search for it online though.
