WTB: 34" HDTV Tube TV

I have a Panasonic HDTV tube TV...not too sure about the model (I know it's a TAU), it is a 34", widescreen, 1080i max output, HDMI input, S-video and 4 video in. Really good unit, no faults with it whatsoever, I'm looking to get into something LCD or Plasma.
