Scion TC with Alberta plates

Saw a Scion TC parking in front of the Palliser yesterday and it had Alberta plates.

Is there some loophole that allowed these into the country?

if i remember correctly, they are legal here, they just don't sell them here...

Yeah i thought the Scions just needed the bumper re-inforced or something and DRL's to make it into Canada.

Ya there is a black one in town with alberta plates... has been around for a while. Guy lives in woodbine.

According to the RIV site, the 2005 AND 2006 Scion TC, and 2008 Scions' are not admissable.
