Comes with Software, USB cable (also used as Charger), soft sleeve, Griffin leather Vizor Case worth $33 (http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?logon=&langid=EN&sku_id=0665000FS10086011&catid=22854), NO ear phones unfortunately
So I bought this last summer but BARELY used it, and when I did, it was always in the case; it's in amazing/brand new condition. What's great about this mp3 player is because the transfer system is drag and drop (i know lots of people out there hate iTunes). There's also an expandable memory slot for micro SD cards if you want more storage space. I usually use my iPod nano so i dont really have a use for two mp3 players.
