Im pretty short about 5'6 and im 18, i want to grow, i have been hearing stories that these make help you grow taller
what do you guys think is right

Won't help at all unless you are somehow very deficient in calcium.

Work on lowering your estrogen levels, as estrogen is what causes growth plates to close. It is probably too late though.
