What is a reputable place to repair a honda BESIDES the dealership. I am not wasting my money at the dealer.

i would just stick to going to the dealership myself... thats where i get all of the maintenance work done on my car... but if you must go somewhere else, try option import... they have done good work on my buddies car.

For the valves I would have to say go to honda. When I needed mine done i called around and Honda West had the cheapest rate.
