computer help please...screen all fuzzy

installed Starcraft on my laptop hahah I know but the mention of it on a couple of threads made me want to play haha. But yeah after I installed it, my monitor is kinda fuzzy...like videos and fonts and stuff are kinda fuzzy. I messed with the settings and can't seem to fix it. Also un-installed starcraft thought it would make a difference...maybe install a newer version of directx???

it's at the highest right now already it's one of the first things I checked. All different resolutions all yield the same results.

Make sure Starcraft hasn't changed your color settings from 16bit/32bit to 256 colors.

(But it still beat my original computer with it's monochrome monitor. Yes, I'm an old man.)

Right Click on Desktop -> Properties -> Appearance -> effects -> Check/Uncheck Use ClearType

Laptop...whatever res SC is in, it's not native. Change that, or find out where to enable proper scaling for your video card.

your laptop is widescreen yes?

if you have an ATI.. you have to go into the display settings and hit maintain aspect ratio so it doesnt stretch the image...
