So here's the story...

My brother took my car out without my permission and now it wont start. When i turn the ignition, it makes clicking sounds and stuff. All the remote entry/power locks work. I know very little about car (i know....i suck but meh). I think its either the battery or the starter plug or something...who knows :dunno:

if it's clicking it's probably the battery. Theres just enough charge in it for your locks to work. Give it a boost and it should be okay.

Your battery is dead. Have you even tried boosting it before making this thread?

Your battery could be good. Might be a bad charging system. Test your battery and test your alternator and go from there.

LOL

Failed logic:

OMGZ!! Car wont start!!

*runs inside to ask kids on the internet instead of boosting the car*

Did your brother sell the engine? You should check!

Often - especially with newer vehicles, if your car has SOME charge, it will click the solenioid in the starter... usually fairly fast as you turn the key. My Sequoia does it about twice a second. A jump is probably all you need, and I'm not so sure you can blame your brother - unless maybe he left a light on...
